Ar10 308 build help?

I bought a bear creek arsenal upper and a tennessee arms 80% lower. I'm having problems with it cycling correctly. We've put an adjustable gas block, changed springs, buffers, weights, mags and ammo. Bolt won't catch on any of the mags when empty. It jams or stovepipes. As of now I have 1 shot and a poorly designed club. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

How did you finish the 80%
CNC or hand tools?

Bear creek is the start of all problems! But you need to rule out the lower first.

Used a drill press and vice to finish the lower. I'll try another lower from a functioning ar10 and see how that goes. Thanks.

That is the best bet.
Try another known lower and see if it works before moving on.

Also, AR 10 buffers and spring combos are not the same or as easy to work as AR15.
Different sizes, combos and length based on the set up/buffer tube.
