Ar pistol

I have a wtb ad in the classifieds. Guys replied they had assembled some for a pretty good price. I figured I'd just pick up a palmetto state armory, but everything is out of stock. Looking to pick one up on a budget. But don't want junk. Don't know much about them. I've only shot a M16 and a palmetto AR. What else should I look at? Suggestions on any place that might have something in stock? Looks like I picked the wrong time to buy. Thanks for any help

As for parts, Brownells is great to deal with. All their parts and stuff have a life time warranty.
I like name stuff for the main parts, lower and FCG, barrel, but the rest you will not go wrong with the Midway, Brownells, Joe Bob Outfjtters gear.

I know you were up in the air PCC or 300, maybe 556.
Find you a lower name brand, the bug will follow.

As Larry always said he has about everything for your AR15.
Find used, find deals find free or cheap to start with some parts.

That stock sucks.

Also buy local. They need the help and it will save you 20$ range shipping and average 35$ transfer.

Buy local if you want. The gun store makes $30 ffl transfer fee for 2 peices of paper and 10 minutes. Not a bad profit to me...

If you go with a 5.56, stay 10.5” or longer.
I think 11.5-12.5 is a great option, the dwell time and velocity is better.

I like MAS DEFENSE in Charlotte. You will have to build the lower, Which is pretty easy. For ARs. I prefer 9mm in pistols. More expensive to build, but more fun IMHO.
