It depends on your location. I know three people who have gotten it. My mom ordered one and after a year never received it. Her friend down the street got theirs even though they ordered it after her after about 6 months. And a buddy of mine got his within 2 months of ordering it.

Ive been waiting for 7 months for the home version but got an email they have a portable rv version supposedly they ship quickly...

Oops I didn't realize there was a new model. My comment above was for the home version.
I can't get service where I live in NC,,, why would I trust them for service on my boondoggles?
