A Cull Buck is in The Eye Of The Beholder

I don't like the term "cull buck". I hear it a lot (mostly in connection with young bucks) but I believe none of us can know what a young deer will grow into unless given the chance to mature. My trail camera photo is a young buck that might well be called a cull by some hunters but I'm pretty excited to see him. If he lives 3 or 4 more years he might be very special. I'm hoping he makes it that long.

You probably right Aaron....just like a buck with nice rack on one side and other not so good, I believe next year he will be better. You just never know, but if he gets killed he has no more chances .
