Hate the flip form, don't know how to search it. I've found conflicting regs in different sections so you gotta look at the whole book to try and determine what is actually says.
I'll download the regular version so I can search it - if I can find it..

I don't think it out yet because the regs don't change over until August 1st

Found it. From the NCWRC homepage, go to Hunting, then Regulations, then ERegulations, then PDF Downloads, then download 24-25 Regulations Digest.
Glad they made it easy to find.
