Got up today wanting some meat.
Was planning on cook some bacon, biscuits and remembers my tenderloins setting there ageing. Date was 21 days so I said time to try them.
They really don't age great, need big chunks of meat to age but they do change some.
Fried the bacon, trimmed and seasoned the tenderloins and went to cooking them in the bacon grease. The bacon is a maple brown sugar. Sure did taste great.
Next time I will try 21 to 28 on some backstraps. 20181221_093925.jpg 20181221_093935.jpg 20181221_094346.jpg
