Oddly enough... I don't like the 2 buck rule .... (we've had it for years in central)...

There's always been big bucks around, and I've always killed them..... the 2 buck rule may have allowed a few more to get bigger and some folks that ordinarily wouldn't kill a big one are able to now just by chance.... while limiting the amount of time I can hunt.

Yep...lots of people on here can attest to this. Every year we would wait for a Dan Apple update on the sad daddy bucks he would kill. And every year, like magic, he would kill some bruisers. Just goes to show that even with a four buck limit, real hunters will still kill big bucks every year.
