It was hot bad hot. We had one guy get a dog overheated had one get that way youth day also. We got both saved but this one yesterday was darn close.

Twelve Pointer
Had very good running yesterday from daylight till dark. Killed several and all dogs were caught up at dark. Be back after them again tomorrow

We had some good running, the guys and gals saw some decent bucks. They let some go, the bigger ones were out of range or gave them the slip, no shots fired. Over all we had a great time.

Twelve Pointer
We had a heck of a run first thing Saturday morning. We had 8 trucks and hunted the biggest block we got (2000 acres). Turned out at 2 and my dogs jumped another buck and ran him good for an hour or so but got in a cutover and kind of petered out. We didn't have enough people but ran 4 bucks and didn't kill any. A young boy shot at one and he got away. Two of the bucks were good bucks for sure.
