Venison blade roast

Seasoned with seasoning salt and ground pepper
Seared on all sides in a bit of olive oil
Put 4 cups of water, some sliced onions, seasonings, and some soy sauce in the ol’ electric pressure cooker
Placed the roast in there and set for 30 min at high

You need some color on that plate. Where's the garnish? Maybe serve it on a bed of kale. And how about a nice aioli? lol.

ok ok,,,,that all was for mid day meal,,,,I eat all vegies for dinner (mentioned elsewhere trying to get back into "fighting shape" for personal reasons),,,,so had carrots, cauliflower, and 'maters for dinner,,,but no picture
