I grilled some ahi tuna and my wife made some jalapeno cilantro cole slaw. Put it on a corn tortilla and added some sweet heat peach mango salsa and a little sriracha. Turned out pretty good.
Biscuits and gravy tonight, that's a "stick to yer ribs supper"

Finished the meal off with a dozen roasted oysters and some littleneck clams,,,, 12 year old grandson ate most of the clams

Lobstah roll…a bit heavy handed with the celery but not bad for inland Mass. Light years ahead of most rolls we can get at home

used rib meat the I filleted off when cleaning the fish for the vaccum sealer. so it was a mix of vermillion, tom tates and some snappers and grunts.

This weekend it was pan seared red snapper with homemade mango black bean salsa and grilled zucs and yellow squash with sweet onion. mmmmmm
Double smash cheeseburger with homemade chipotle aioli, onion strings, and a roasted jalapeño tucked in between.
Spicy Lamb Vindaloo, naan, and a salat... 
When facing a 60 mile bike ride and a 2 mile swim this morning, and you have no shrimp & grits with bacon, what better choice than this

I cheat and use Zatarans. Lol. It's still pretty good though!
I love doing this as an open faced sandwich, on Texas toast. I can't really move after it but, it's worth it.
